The Philippine real estate showcased its glamour and glitz at the 11th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, a celebration that united the industry’s seasoned professionals and its rising stars. For the first time ever, the event unfolded at the opulent Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.
Presented in grand style by Kohler and backed by Boysen Paints and Dongpeng Ceramic, the black-tie event served as a platform to recognize the best of Philippine property developers—a staggering 71 winners—and their groundbreaking projects from both urban and provincial markets.
Robinsons Land Corp.
Robinsons Land Corp. emerged triumphant as the Best Developer in the Philippines for the second consecutive year. It also clinched the Best Developer (Visayas) title and received a Special Recognition in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) practices. To top it off, RLC Residences was announced as the Best Lifestyle Developer.
Robinsons Hotels and Resorts flaunted the Best Operational Hospitality Portfolio award, boasting an impressive array of hotels, including several wins for the prestigious Fili Hotel Cebu.
Meanwhile, Robinsons Offices, with GBF Centers 1 & 2 and Cybergate Iloilo Towers 1 & 2, garnered well-deserved honors.
Aurelia Residences, a masterpiece by Shang Robinsons Properties Inc., was deemed the Best Condo Development (Philippines), adding another jewel to Robinsons Land.

Federal Land Inc. celebrated a double victory, securing the titles of Best Developer (Luzon) and Best Mixed-Use Developer. Its Grand Midori Ortigas stood as a testament to its dedication to excellence.

Real Estate Personality of the Year
Jose Soberano III, chairman, president and CEO of Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), was named the Philippines Real Estate Personality of the Year, a well-deserved honor for his visionary leadership and expansion of CLI’s footprint across the archipelago.
In a special category, the Rising Star award was presented to brothers Kyle Tan, president and CEO of Eton Properties and Lucio Tan III, president and COO of LT Group, Inc., recognizing their notable entry into the real estate scene.
Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates shone brightly as it was awarded the Best Industrial Developer title, along with Special Recognitions in ESG and Sustainable Design and Construction. Its projects, including LIMA Central Business District, LIMA Estate and West Cebu Estate, exemplified the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Aboitiz Land Inc. proudly claimed the prestigious Best Housing Development (Philippines) award for Seafront Residences. It also secured honors for its projects, Ajoya Cabanatuan and The Villages at Lipa.

The main country winners of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards now have the opportunity to advance to the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, scheduled on December 8 in Bangkok, Thailand.
