Everybody dreams of living by the sea. Fresh air connects man with nature. It is pure luxury to be in this environment especially in a congested city. One never gets bored with the seaside and the sunset. And yet one needs to relate with places of work, leisure, learning, and worship.
Part of MOA Complex
S Residences is part of the Mall of Asia Complex, currently the largest mall in the country and among the top five largest malls in the world. Even Swedish furniture maker IKEA built its biggest store nearby. For concerts and sports, there’s SM Arena. For events and conventions, SMX Convention Center and One Esplanade are favored venues. Hotels abound such as Conrad Hotel and TRYP Hotel. Within the neighborhood is Aseana, the Entertainment City, envisioned to be the Las Vegas of Asia. Okada, Solaire, and City of Dreams are integrated casino-resorts that cater to an upscale market. Children, on the other hand, can spend the day with their family at the amusement and theme park SM By the Bay.
Education
Children need not go far for their education. Little Archer Learning Center offers early childhood education. Singapore Manila and Nord Anglia International School are accredited worldwide. Manila Tytana Colleges offers nursing while National University has dentistry and optometry courses.
Work and Worship
Professionals and employees of BPO and traditional businesses can find work in E-Com Complex. The Department of Foreign Affairs is a few minutes away. Within the MOA Complex is the Shrine of Jesus, the Way, and the Truth which was one of the first structures built in that area several years before the Mall of Asia. Outside the MOA Complex is the National Shrine of Our Mother of Perpetual Help, commonly called Baclaran Church, which is open 24 hours a day.
Location and Mobility
Location is foremost and this is emphasized by the fact that the MOA Complex is the most connected city in Metro Manila. Soon it will be connected to EDSA-Taft MRT/LRT Stations via the Pasay Monorail. Diokno Avenue will have the station which in turn will be connected to the walkway. EDSA Carousel buses stop at MOA on its way to PITX (Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange) which is a hub for buses, jeepneys, and other public utility vehicles headed for areas south of Manila including Cavite and Batangas and as far as Davao. For domestic and international flights, NAIA 1, 2, 3, and 4 are half an hour’s ride away.
With all these conveniences and advantages, living and investing in the S Residences is a wise decision. The stress of living makes one want to get away from it all. For urbanites, given the limited time due to the demands of work, the concept of staycation has been appealing. At S Residences, everyday is a staycation.
