8990 Holdings, Inc. (8990) unveiled new expansive amenities for its residents at the Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, its largest condominium community project to date.
Covering an area of 1.3 hectares, the amenities are at the center of the 13.2-hectare residential development in Ortigas Avenue Extension in Brgy. Rosario, Pasig City.
A ribbon-cutting and Community Fiesta was held last Friday, June 24 to officially reveal the grounds replete with lush lawns and beautiful trees that will house a lagoon, two new basketball courts, a clubhouse, and a playground.

Jeofrey Tupas, NCR regional director of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), commended the contribution of 8990 and Urban Deca Homes to the urban housing sector.

A timely project
8990 believes that the unveiling of the amenities is a timely project as they have already turned over the first three towers (Towers M, N, and O) of Urban Deca Homes Ortigas to unit owners out of their planned 22 towers.
With Urban Deca Homes Ortigas being 8990’s largest project to date, Atty. Sotto believes that their newest development is another milestone that helps in closing the ever-growing housing backlog that is estimated to reach about 12 million by 2030.

More financing options and easy move
Apart from their new expansive amenities, 8990 also welcomed another development as Urban Deca Homes Ortigas received accreditation from two leading banks in the country, namely BPI and Security Bank, which is great news for the property’s first-time buyers.
“This, with our long-term partnership with the Home Development Mutual Fund or PAG-IBIG Fund, we’ll give our homebuyers more options to secure financing for the home of their dreams at favorable interest rates,” Sotto said.
First-time buyers and OFWs can still get a chance to purchase a few available units that are ready for occupancy at Urban Deca Homes Ortigas. They can already move in once three percent equity is paid. Then, they can loan up to 90 percent of the unit cost via BPI, Security Bank, or Pag-IBIG Fund.
For unit reservations at Urban Deca Homes Ortigas, homebuyers only need P15,000 and P23,570 a month, for three months, is needed to cover the initial three percent down payment.
