The Filinvest group has gained regional recognition as one of its projects wins the best mixed-use development award at a recent Asia Pacific awards.
In a statement, Filinvest said it’s Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City bagged the best mixed-use development in the Philippines award at the recent Asia Pacific Property Awards 2021.
The project was lauded for its vision to be a leisure city in Central Luzon, delivering three key promises particularly to be an accessible urban escape, be a self-contained eco-community, and become a global micro-district.

Despite the pandemic, Filinvest said the project continues to thrive, as seen through its nonstop developments, which has surpassed the five-billion investment pledge on the first quarter of 2021 as part of the lease agreement with the Clark Development Corporation.
Ongoing development within the township include the Quest Plus Conference Center, the Mimosa Plus Golf Course, Retail Strip, and two WorkPlus Office Buildings.
Filinvest said more projects are slated to begin soon within Filinvest Mimosa+ such as the Golf Ridge Private Estate by Filigree, The Crib Co-living, Filinvest Mimosa Lifemalls, and six WorkPlus Office Buildings.
“As a self-contained eco-community, Filinvest Mimosa+ is also poised to become a global micro district, which enjoys a balance of lifestyle, leisure, and business,”the company said, emphasizing its vision of converging residential neighborhoods and businesses with retail and recreation.
It added that each establishment within the development is set amidst a backdrop of greens and open spaces to enhance the quality of living of its residents and guests.
A four-hectare development earmarked for office development and related retail support is also seen to encourage local employment and productivity.
Strategically located in Clark Freeport Zone, people from different parts of Central Luzon can easily get to Filinvest Mimosa+ with the completed and planned developments for infrastructure which include the Clark International Airport Expansion, Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3, Subic-Clark Railway Project, and the Malolos-Clark Railway.
