Every Filipino dreams to provide his family a home in a peaceful community. Sometimes, this means choosing a place away from the city to avoid congestion and overcrowding.
Julie Nicolas, a 38-year-old financial advisor, is one of the many who left the metropolis with her husband and son. After a long search, she finally found the house of her dreams at Lancaster New City in Cavite.
Families can live the life of their dreams at Lancaster New City since it’s free from noise, pollution, and chaos. It’s a family-friendly community where jobs, urban amenities, learning opportunities, worship place, and a reliable transport system are found in one area.
Before moving, Julie admitted that the COVID-19 pandemic tested her family’s journey.
Despite this, her family was able to settle down in the neighborhood.
For Julie, Lancaster New City is an ideal community for her family since everything they need is just a short drive away.
One of the areas near Julie’s neighborhood is a clinic where she can bring her family if they need a check-up or medical care.
What also made Julie fall in love with the community is how her friends in the neighborhood feel like an extended family.
Despite its difficulties, Julie believes that moving out of the metro was worth it since her family can now live comfortably.
As we face a time filled with fear and anxiety, the Nicolas family is happy and grateful that they have chosen a community that they can call home.
The present times are difficult, but it doesn’t mean that you can’t live the life you and your family deserve. With Lancaster New City, life can still be beautiful.
